The 10-Minute Indoor Stretch is designed for moments when you feel tired, stiff, or unmotivated but still want to move. Once you start the session, Fitish guides you through a sequence of slow, easy movements that gently activate your entire body.

You begin with light breathing and posture resets to release tension built from sitting or screen time. This is followed by guided stretches for the neck, shoulders, back, and legs to improve mobility and circulation. The session finishes with calming movements that help your body relax and refocus.

You don’t need workout clothes, equipment, or previous fitness experience,  just a small space at home.
